American Royal Tea believes in giving back to the community. In an effort to manage contributions, all requests must be submitted via the form below. Requests must be received no less than 30 days in prior to your event. Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be granted a donation.

All requests will be reviewed by American Royal Tea on a monthly basis. Please, no phone calls or emails regarding donation requests.

Need something sooner? 

• Help a Reporter Out ("HARO") - Donation requests can also be through HARO ("Help A Reporter Out"). They provide an announcement-only listserv for Gift Bag requests. American Royal Tea receives those emails as well. Do not target a request to ART. HARO allows you to collect multiple requests from multiple companies and is useful for events occurring 2-4 weeks out. American Royal Tea does not guarantee accepting your request, but you may receive other offers.
• Donation Match (for Nonprofits) - Donations can be requested to multiple companies. American Royal Tea does not guarantee accepting your request, but you may receive other offers.
